Back pain is a common problem now a days. Back pain can
range from a dull, constant ache to a sudden, sharp pain that makes it hard to
move. It can start quickly if you fall or lift something too heavy, or it can
get worse slowly. There
are many causes of back pain:-
v Being overweight. A diet high in
calories and fat can make you gain weight. Too much weight can stress the back
and cause pain.
v
Spine injuries such as sprains and fractures can cause back pain.
v Persons who are in sitting job are
more frequent with this pain.
v Poor physical fitness also cause back
pain.
v Smoking. Your body may not be able to
get enough nutrients to the disks in your back if you smoke. Smoker’s cough may
also cause back pain. People who smoke are slow to heal, so back pain may last
longer
REMEDY
Back pain can be avoided by following ways:-
v Aerobic
exercises like swimming, bicycling, and walking can help to avoid back pain.
v Always
be careful of your posture when lifting heavy objects. Never bend over from the
waist. Instead, bend and straighten from the knees.
v Wear
low heels (less than 1 inch) or flat sole shoes. High heels creates unstable posture, and
increases pressure on your lower spine.
v Schedule
a 20-30 minutes of simple exercises for yourself.
v Natural
herbal remedies such as Ginger can help you to reduce inflammation associated
with pain. Simmer fresh ginger root slices in hot water for about 30 minutes,
and enjoy as a cup of tea
